Pavel Pavlovich Oleinik (born 06.10.1941) – Academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Meritorious Builder of the Russian Federation, State Prize Laureate, Honorary Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation.
The main scientific area is the organization of construction.
Over 460 of his works have been published, including encyclopedias, monographs, reference books, manuals, normative and technical documents.
He graduated from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute in 1965. From 1968 to 2005, he worked at the Central Research, Design and Experimental Institute of Organization, Mechanization and Technical Assistance for Construction (TsNIIOMTP), in which he worked his way from engineer to general director.
Currently, he is a professor at the Department of Technology and Organization of Construction Production of NRU MGSU. Supervises the work of graduate students and doctoral students.

Vice-President, Member of the Council of the national Association of surveyors and designers (NOPRIZ). Member of the NRU MGSU Board of Trustees.
Author of more than 120 scientific articles and publications, 4 monographs in the field of construction, including the monograph “Organizational design and management of large-scale investment projects”, co-author of Federal textbooks “Technology of buildings and structures construction” and “Technology of construction processes”. The scientist who developed and justified the term “Design of organizational structures in construction”, “Integral potential of the construction project”.
Research interests – Organizational-and-technological design, reliability of construction production, effective methods of construction-and-installation work, planning and optimization of construction production, organizational structures in construction, construction control and scientific-and-technical support. Supervisor of postgraduates and doctoral students work.
